Meet The Team

Scott Hosier
Scott is a Christian counselor, mental health coach, author, and podcast host who has twenty years of experience in counseling and has a master's degree in counseling from Liberty University. He continually expands his education and is a certified coach in Mental Health Coaching, Youth Mental Health Coaching, and Suicide/PAIR(Prevention Assessment, Intervention, and Recovery strategies) from Light University.
As a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, he seeks to help all clients, especially those in the community who lack an understanding of mental health, by educating communities, churches, and all citizens through service to the people of Maine.
Scott is the founder of Saving Grace Counseling Centers, along with colleague Joan, who works alongside him at the clinic.Both have a passion for bringing light into the world of darkness and restoring wholeness through holistic care. They are continually working to promote the Saving Grace Counseling Model to cities and communities in Maine.

Joan Reinholdtsen
Joan has over ten years if experience in the counseling field, working with children, families, couples, adults, and older adults. Primarily trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through the master's counseling program at Liberty University, Joan's area of focus are on adults suffering from anxiety, depression, and trauma. Joan is invested in education, which allows her to utilize a variety of helping models with a Christian emphasis.
